What We Did
Our clients had lived in the home for over ten years but with a growing family of five, they had outgrown their small vancouver cottage.
It was time to pop the top and add a new full story. We designed a space that included three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a flex work-from-home space, and plenty of storage. A new open staircase with a skylight above connects the two floors and on the main floor, we opened up the space including the kitchen to create a very fun and functional place to entertain, cook with the family, or just hang out and read a book. There is now room for this family to grow and then some.
