Yaletown Penthouse

This Yaletown Penthouse project was one of the most exciting and challenging projects Etheridge has completed. We had the pleasure to work with amazing artists, sub-trades, and professionals over the three-year period, and the results are truly stunning.

Our fabulous clients, inspired by mid-19th century French aesthetic and love of the Paris culture, pushed us constantly to make sure the results were exactly right. This included a complete rework of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and all interior finishes for this 6000sf penthouse in the sky.
