In this case, the washing machine flooded three floors of this 6-bed, 5.5-bath West Vancouver Home and inspired a complete renovation of the master suite, kitchen and family room.

When we were forced into a renovation by way of an unexpected flood, Paul Etheridge was with us early in the process to help work with our insurance adjuster.
Paul’s background in design was very useful as on many occasions he was able to come up with workable solutions that not only pleased us, but also the trades and interior designer.
He was incredibly responsive to our many questions, was very hands-on throughout the process and his calm demeanour was helpful when dealing with difficult situations. One part contractor / one part marriage councilor, Paul was able to make the experience enjoyable and relatively conflict free for us!
