This fabulous unit on Balsam and York in Kitsilano has breathtaking views over looking Kits beach and Stanley park. Gord wanted to open up the view to the kitchen area but he long narrow layout of the unit made this a challenge. The results were stunning, a beautiful kitchen for entertaining, consistent flooring throughout and unobstructed site lines. Job done!
