What We Did

The home owner’s unique vision for this renovation flipped her family living experience upside down.

We designed and built the new third story to include the main living area with a kitchen, homework space, dining room, bathroom, living room and exterior deck to maximize the views of the North Shore mountains and Downtown Vancouver. The bedrooms and family room were moved to the main floor, and the basement became flex space. A truly visionary design decision for this 5-bed, 3-bath house, created an incredibly stunning and functional family home.
